We’re Recruiting Two New Directors

NVC Matters UK Community Interest Company was born in 2020 by three certified NVC trainers to support the UK NVC network. We help people find and share trainings, events, and resources, while holding space for connection, growth, and the living practice of Nonviolent Communication.

Our directors are the custodians of a community organisation that seeks to embody the consciousness NVC invites us into. While our whole organisation runs through Holacracy (where power is distributed and everyone holds a unique piece of the whole), we also recognise that directors carry distinct legal responsibilities. We are seeking people who feel deeply aligned with NVC consciousness, who can hold this responsibility with integrity and care.

🌿 If this resonates, we warmly invite you to consider stepping into this role with us.
