I offer mediation, facilitation and one to one support.

I support individuals to connect with themselves and others, process experiences, tune into their own inner guidance and find authentic next steps. My approach is intuitive, informed by NVC, IFS and Somatics.

I also work with families, friends, communities and organisations to navigate conflict, bridge divides, have difficult conversations, and make decisions together.

I am experienced in holding space for group processes where there are divergent views and polarisation – meeting each other even when it is uncomfortable so that we can find more understanding and make decisions for the benefit of all.

I also support families, couples and communities who are navigating conflict where there are polarised views, including around gender identity.

I am deeply committed to Nonviolence and Collective Liberation.

I am currently living in a beautiful part of West Wales near Carmarthern, and also work online.
