I offer mediation, facilitation, conflict coaching and one to one support, based on NVC.

I support individuals to connect with themselves and others, process experiences, and tune into their own inner guidance. Building trust in ourselves to allow whatever comes up, we find more capacity to stay with hard things, more understanding of what's really going on, and more courage to be all of who we are.

I also work with communities, organisations & grassroots groups to navigate conflict, bridge divides, have difficult conversations, collaborate, make decisions together and build capacity.

I am experienced in holding space for group processes where there are divergent views and polarisation – meeting each other even when it is uncomfortable so that we can find more understanding and make decisions for the benefit of all.

I also support families, couples and communities who are navigating conflict, particularly where there are polarised views, including around gender identity.

I am deeply committed to Nonviolence and Collective Liberation. I love working with intentional communities, co-operatives, organisations, grassroots groups and social change networks, and also with individuals. I am currently based in West Wales near Carmarthern, am open to travel, and also work online.
