Barry has lived in Yorkshire for the past 25 years.  He is values driven, authentic and passionate about working restoratively and compassionately ‘with’ people. Barry finds fulfilment in developing relationships and communities of change, that enrich lives. Authenticity, self-responsibility, inclusion, community and collaboration are highly important to Barry.

He works with organisations, groups and individuals, sharing nonviolent communication. He accompanies people to develop their own capacity by becoming (re)connected to what matters most to them. Enabling them a better understanding of themselves and others, through empathic connection and honest expression.
