- You have the satisfaction of achieving a very high level of NVC skills and having this achievement officially recognised by your peers and the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
- You can freely use the terms 'NVC Trainer' and "Nonviolent Communication" in your publicity (people who are not certified are requested not to use these terms)
This is what two trainers told us about the benefit of becoming internationally Certified :
Shona Cameron: ‘I became a CT in 2006. Since then every time I have asked for support, I have been able to reach out to trust and find it. Being part of the community of trainers enriches my life. I continue to learn and grow and be stretched by what we are trying to create. The words "Certified Trainer" mean so much more to me than becoming the person standing at the front of a room full of people- they have meant that I am part of a family.’
Penny Spawforth: ‘I so valued the process of becoming a certified trainer - at times it was challenging but I have grown so much - and the group assessment at the end was, believe it or not, the best bit! I now feel part of a much larger world-wide community of certified trainers.’
