My passion is to share NVC by living it. I bring groups together to live in community, using Nonviolent Communication to the best of our ability in relationship with each other. Now I live in Cornwall my intention is to offer NVC holiday retreats in my little bungalow in stunning Porthleven, magical in all weathers!
I first heard Marshall in 2001in Stroud, UK, and was transformed by spending 5 days with him. I then went on to experience 2 IIT's and 2 Special Sessions, becoming a certified trainer with CNVC in 2006. I became an Assessor for CNVC in 2009 and spent 6 years working with candidates on their path to becoming a trainer. I ended that role when I and my family moved to Cornwall, where I am now living.
I have also spent many workshops with Robert Gonzales, whose work, which is deeply embedded in NVC, has deepened my understanding of compassion and love.
I am a mother of 4, step-mother of 3, and now grandmother to 6 children and my family are a big part of my life. This informs what I most love to offer, retreats which aim to emulate a loving family environment.
I love walks by the sea, sewing and generally being creative with fabric and design.
Nonviolent Communication runs like a seam of gold through my life, and I am grateful every day for the beauty that Marshall created and gave to the world.
