This webinar session is for anyone who would like to learn a little more about Mindful Communication, also known as Compassionate Communication -NVC, the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg.
I will share with you, through a visual presentation and discussion, some of the skills and practices that have supported me in finding inner peace in life.
I offer a brief overview of mindful practice and will introduce you to the communication model created by Dr Marshall Rosenberg. There will be some time for questions and discussion.

You will discover the 4 components and 2 parts of NVC communication. In this webinar we use a personal life scenario to show how this model works. NVC can be applied in all relationships with children and with adults in personal and professional settings.
OBSERVE mindfully recognising triggers that enrich or diminish your relating in some interactions with others
Notice and accept what you FEEL in these situations
Recognise which NEEDS are met/unmet in this situation.
Communicate a your REQUESTS and expressions of gratitude and/or concerns clearly, with confidence.
